Dempsey Beauty Ingredients proudly sponsored UQAC’s 11e Journée de l’Innovation Cosmétique, which proved to be a tremendous success. Over 50 customers and students participated, embracing the unique concept of creating their own commercially viable cosmetic product line. Throughout the term, students conducted research and formulated products using Dempsey’s beauty ingredients, ultimately developing strategic plans to launch their innovative creations.

The grand finale unfolded in four dynamic segments:

1. Dempsey Presentation: A warm introduction by the Beauty Ingredients team.

2. Supplier Presentations: Featuring market trends and insights from esteemed partners, Biocogent, Phoenix Chemical, and TRI-K, who traveled to the event for this special occasion.

3. Student Presentations: Showcasing their ingenuity and formulation skills through creative product lines.

4. Product Testing: An interactive session where students enthusiastically tested and reviewed each other’s creations.

The day was filled with energy, collaboration, and engaging discussions, highlighting the students’ dedication and creativity. This event not only celebrated their hard work but also reinforced Dempsey’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of cosmetic formulators in Quebec.
